Premier Pallet Inverters
Halo Intra represent the range of Premier Pallet Inverters in the Netherlands and will have an operational machine on display.

One recent contract involved the supply of a specialised model to Dow Chemicals at Terneuzen. The inverter discharges steel crates supplied by GPS, which are used in the shipment of synthetic rubber.

The machine features an hydraulic gripping system to hold and retain the crate. A steel receiving pallet is placed on top. The whole load is inverted 180 degrees so that when the jaws re-open the crate is lifted clear of its load. The rubber then goes into production on its new pallet with the assurance that no piece of wood will contaminate the end product. The forklift driver can activate the entire system by remote control from the seat of his cab.

Most of the applications which Halo Intra are presented with involve the transfer of conventional goods from pallet to pallet in food, pharmaceutical and general warehousing/logistic locations.
