AIM/GS1 Auto ID Demo Theater

This will highlight the complete chain of fresh products (from supplier/grower via wholesaler to retailer) and visitors will get a preview of what grocery shopping will be like in the future with the help of a simulated supermarket. The aim is to demonstrate all kinds of automatic identification technologies and the importance of worldwide standards, both physically and on the work floor. The audience will be able to follow the demonstrations live on large plasma screens.
